ONCE UPON A THYME Joy Templeton  grew up working at the family-owned deli & catering business.  Joy dreamed of moving from the San Francisco area to the Northwest.  Once she moved to Washington and experienced the Joy of organic farming she resolved to express her passion for good food using the healthiest of ingredients.  She then joined Healthy Harvest and developed several signature dishes featuring organic and local foods.

Joy created a place where healthy food would be served in a cozy environment where one could eat, shop and relax.
